What are the Office hours?
Our office is open Daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Except for Major Holidays).
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your unit daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Daily (Except Major Holidays).
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month rental agreements. Store with us short or long-term. No minumum rental is required.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance and electronic exterior locks.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What fees are due time of rental?
A one time charge Administration Fee of $22.00 is charge at the time of rental.
Is Insurance required on the rental unit?
Yes. Trophy Storage requires proof of insurance at the time of rental. If insurance is not provided, a $13.00 per month insurance will apply.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
Do you offer truck rentals?
Yes, we offer Penske Truck Rentals which are available at the facility.
What type of units do you offer?
We offer temperature-controlled storage units which are perfect if you plan to store items that may be susceptible to intense hot or cold temperatures.
Am I able to purchase storage supplies?
We have boxes and other storage supplies available for purchase.
